Book Review of Simulation: A Modeler’s Approach

چکیده
This book partially fills a gap between mathematical models and agent-based approaches, acting as a primer in statistically-sophisticated simulation of concise models. Although Thompson’s moderately mathematical book contains some minor errors and is not comprehensive enough to be a “handbook of simulation”, it is definitely worth perusing for researchers interested in the intersection of simulation, modeling and statistics.
